Potluck iftars are provided every Saturday during the holy month of Ramadan.
Every Saturday, we mobilize our teams of volunteers to help with Ramadan Iftars. Join us and see what can be accomplished when you get an impassioned team to focus on helping the community.
Our community is full of people who want to help. We work to help the people providing services with the people who need them. Come connect with people in new ways.
We offer our youth free weekly tutoring to help with homework for grades 1 through 12.
We teach reading and writing in Arabic.
We teach basic Islamic values, how to pray, how to perform ablution, how to read the holly Book "Koran".
We offer crafting classes.
We offer acting in a Theater setting.
MAAC offers sport tournament where youth come together to compete in soccer and basketball.
Once a year MAAC organizes Bazzar and Henna event where vendors sell their traditional products. Decorative and attractive henna art on the skin on the spot. It is a long-standing part of Moroccan culture. A tradition often associated with wedding rituals and other important celebrations. Kids and Adults alike get to relive an exceptional Moroccan tradition.
