Membership and next EVENTS

MAAC announces to its members that the next general assembly will take place on 5/11/2024. Time and location will be announced via Whatsup members groups. Please be reminded that only members that joined the association 6 months prior to the general assembly are eligible to become candidates to join the board. Board of directors is limited to 13 spots per our bylaws. Vote is open to MAAC's members with 1 vote per family.

MAAC membership is open to adult Moroccan Nationals living in  Ohio, U.S.A.  Members benefit from the followings:

- All MAAC's activities at a discounted price:

     - Education: Arabic, Quran and Tutoring

     - Crafting

     - Cooking

     - Sport

     - Outdoor Activities

- Ability to join committees to be directly active with the board and serve your community

- Ability to vote or become a candidate for next board election if joined 6 months prior.

Tutoring is offered on Wednesday evenings by qualified volunteers starting at 6:00 p.m.

Arabic/Quran sessions are taught by qualified volunteers to learn to read and write and to raise funds to help repay masjid debts. Arabic Quran session will be held on Sunday from 10 to 1:00 pm. starting 12/31/2023. Please note capacity at 50 people in the building until further notice.

MAAC's board is working to form Committees soon. Ongoing discussions are in the works. More to come!
